The subscriber offers fraudulent house rentals in Calgary CA

he is trying to rent out houses in Vancouver that are not really his
more fraudulent rentals

The guy from this number calls himself William Ford, a useless criminal trying to extort rental deposit money from people.  I was almost taken by him today only I listened to my inner voice which told me to be cautious and sure enough he is a scammer.  How can we stop his activity and put him behind bars.  He doesn't care about the harm he is causing to his victims.

He is trying to rent out a house in Vancouver. It is fraudulent.
