They wanted me to switch my current phone and Internet setup with AT&T to UVerse. When I said I was not interested in UVerse, she became rude and said they would call back. Meaning they will keep calling until I change my mind? Whatever! I called back, and a nicer young man told me they were trying to get people to change over to UVerse, but said they cannot switch you if you did not want to. The rude one tried to make it sound like I did not have a choice. I am calling AT&T tomorrow (they were already closed) to file a complaint. I called the number back, and it gave an option to be put on their do not call list, so I did that also. If I get another call, I will file a complaint with the FCC and the BBB. People are ridiculous, and I am not taking it!

been getting calls from 404-201-6957, caller ID is "AT&T Reward Ctr".  We do not answer, but they are relentless in their calls.  One would think since AT&T is getting smeared by low-lives they would do something about it with all their technologies.   But when we called, they said there was nothing they could do about it.  So there it is folks, we have to get used to it.  

They've switched their caller ID to AT&T reward center.  Not interested at all. Will never answer a solicitation call.  If I want something,  I'll call you.

This number has been hung up by Nomorobo twice, an indication that Nomorobo at least thinks it is a robocaller. Since Nomorobo hangs up immediately on numbers in its database, I have no idea what would be said if I let the call go through. My caller ID shows the name RICE MOTLEY, but I don't know if it's RICE MOTLEY or MOTLEY RICE (some names on caller ID come in reversed, some in normal order). Anyway, I don't know anybody by that name in Georgia, which is where the call is said to originate. Since everything can be spoofed, the call may actually be coming from anywhere in the world. Some see AT&T Reward Ctr on their caller ID.I have had robocalls from REWARDS CENTER but I don't remember what the number was. I don't think it was 404-201-6957.

Some complaints here have said it is someone trying to sell UVerse. This may be true. I used to have DSL from AT&T and they have spent a small fortune over the years on mailing me offers to switch to UVerse, which I always declined because everyone I ever spoke with abut UVerse hated it. The mail always came from Alpharetta, GA, which is near Atlanta. AT&T DSL service got slower and slower until I finally gave up and signed on to Comcast cable. Some people detest Comcast as much as they detest AT&T, but if you want fast Internet there's not much choice.

From what I've read here, though, there's a chance that it's not AT&T at all but something spoofing AT&T.

Same as what others say...they have somehow hijacked AT&T and are using their name fraudulently
