Knew it was a scam call before I answered it. Answered within the first ring but did not say anything. Dead silence. 20 seconds later, a beep and it hung up. Trick is not to say "hello" if it's a robocall.

I'm on the nocall list and this telemarketer keeps calling my cell

Just got a call on cell phone from this number at 7:20 at night. Looked it up and see all the notes that it is a scam. I put it on my "reject" call list on my cell phone

Some kind of credit card lowering interest rate scam.  Asked them to remove my # from their list & she immediately hung up on me!

The number 401-424-9150 is some kind of scam to "lower your credit card interest".  When you talk to a live person, if you ask them any kind of questions - they will hang up on you. If you call the number back, they have an voice message saying that the number is not in service but it's just a recording and not a real "out-of-service" message.
