I just received all a few hours ago from the same people concerning a debt that my wife supposedly had back in 1994. They threatened to file suit against us and seize properties as well for any funds owed. I just got off the phone with the Federal Trade Commission and filed a report against this company. First, the FTC stated that this exceeds the Statute of Limitations considering how old the debt is and debts this old are considered Time Barred Debts which can no longer be collected on. It is also against the law for them to state that they are going to seize any money or property. They actually called me from 360-863-3996.
