My story is the same as the first one, I received a voicemail call from "Terrie Alexander" and she said she worked for Investment Capital Legal. She asked me to call her about a legal matter, so of course, I called her back.
The First Red Flag: When I called her "office" two people- a man and a woman- answered at the same time. This immediately made me think that I was calling someone's home phone number. "Terrie" went on to tell me that she had been forwarded an old debt of mine from the recent past...I knew this to be false because the time frame she explained the debt came from was a time in my life that I had zero credit cards. I told her this, at which point she brought up the Civil Injunction that "they" (I assume the credit card company) were going to put on me at the end of the week. I insisted that the information was false, at that point she was only interested in my email address and would not let me speak, she just kept talking, mentioning legal action over and over unless I was willing to do an out of court settlement. Never in the converstaion did she mention who was going to place the injunction on me, nor did she mention who was reporting this on my credit. The best part is that when I told her flat out that even if this debt is something she thinks belongs to me, that doesn't mean that it is true, she got very angry and tried to threaten me with ending the call and having her legal reprensentative call me after the injunction is placed...at that point I told her I would not pay anything and she said, loudly and angrily, "You know what? I am done with you! I am remving this from my desk." And she hung up on me.

Long story longer: I called a business partner of mine and explained the story. He did some research and found the earlier report and the same information that the phone number is listed as someone's home number. A young lady by the name of:

I also called the Washington County Police t report this person and the Deputy told me he would look into it. I don't know if he actually will, that is why my next two calls are to the Washington State Police and then the FBI....you messed with the wrong person Jolene.
NOTE TO EVERYONE: BE VERY CAUTIOUS, THERE IS NO INFORMATION LISTED FOR THIS BUSINESS IN THE COUNTY THE CALL CAME FROM.


These people have called me from three different numbers with two different names for their company. The numbers are listed for different addresses, in Gold Bar, Monroe, Bellingham, WA area. So far I find that the real names of the people seem to be a husband and wife ACTUALLY named JOLENE LEANNE HOLLY AND MATTHEW ALEXANDER HOLLY, you can find thier wedding license at the Herald Net website and her both of their FACEBOOK PAGES in a normal google search. Her Twitter account is HOLLYGIRLS, I have also called their neighbors in Gold Bar to inform them of what kind of people they live near. I have also reported them to any and every agency I can think  of and I suggest yuo all do the same.

This "company" (ICM&R) is actually calling from multiple phone numbers. However, none of them are
**>>(360)<<** 863-3692 it is acually (306) .... Do a search on the (306) 863-3692 number and you will find more information.

I made the same mistake when trying to research this "company" and "terrie alexander". you and i have made the same mistake and wasted our time searching the (360) number getting results for "Jolene Freih"  in Gold Bar, Washington, when the original post and real number (306) is a number from Melfort, Sk, SK Canada.

So good news is that its not Joelen, but that is also the bad news meaning this person is still out there un identified scamming people.

The number is 3608633692. It's not to a Jolene or Terrie. Its Randall Goins and Becki Erickson. Randall Goins goes by the alias of James Alexander.

He has had many failed businesses as collection agencies, GreenTree Acquisitions, Reliant Recoveries are of most recent, now ICM&R which he runs out of his own home on 119th st in Snohomish, WA.

His specialty is buying debts that are well out of statute of limitations, then trying to collect on them, by intimidation of lawsuit which is against the FDCPA since it is out of statute he is not able to sue, therefore you are not allowed to sue in that case. He will often times lie about the date ranges so he can seem more credible.

I hate disagree, but my caller ID has a 360 area code. I have done plenty of reserach on these people, including Randall Goins, and there is nothing legit about this company as a collection agency. I can tell you all you want to know about Jolene and her husbnad, though....even give you a copy of theiry marriage license and show you where she begged the author of 'Twilight' to finish the last book in a pettition.
Goins is a criminal that employs other criminals in the attempt of collecting old, no longer valid, debts. He has lost his business license and the right to collect on real debts.
