I get this call all the time (from Marysville, WA) on my cell phone... at work, at home on Sunday, all the time. I thought my number was registered on NO CALL. Once I answered (at work), heard the word "survey", hung up.

They keep calling and I am on the NO CALL LIST, I don't understand. They call my wife's # and my work # and they are all cell phones.

Me too! They actually called twice, first time I kept saying "hello, hello.." and dead silence so I hung up. They called back again a second later same thing. Anyone have any idea who "they" are?

They call my cell too, I just dont answer any calls if I dont know the number. Its such a racket and does not seem anyone can do anything about calls to land lines or cells. Sick of it.
