I get this call all the time (from Marysville, WA) on my cell phone... at work, at home on Sunday, all the time. I thought my number was registered on NO CALL. Once I answered (at work), heard the word "survey", hung up.

Got the same call.  Caller ID says IND SUR GROUP, which leads me to believe this is a political survey.

I looked up IND SUR GROUP on the net and got this:

This is a scam. They ask some political questions, then offer a "free" cruise as a reward for answering. I read on another site that they are asking for credit card #s to cover "port taxes".

Mystery solved.  

The moral of this story: never answer calls from people/businesses you fon't know.

I received the same call just a few seconds ago. They have called before under the guise of a survey. Automated scammers...
