Called on 11/08/2013 @ 10:36 AM from Arlington, WA. It's another “V” #. The calling card of Card Services. A “V” followed by 14 digits.
This scam has been going on for years. Everyday it's a new # and location. We just ignore anyone we don't have in our contacts list. If they don't leave a message, it wasn't important.
Robo callers will hang up on 4 or less rings. We set voicemail to pick up on 5 rings so we don't have to listen to robo messages.

I've quit worrying about these calls. I've got the ringers turned down, and use my cell phone for all calls. Landline is only in my house for the alarm system. I don't even hear them call anymore.

Check your caller ID. If you don't recognize it, don't answer. Why get all upset about this. The DNC list is a joke. Don't even tell the people you're on it cause they know it's a joke too. Just DON'T ANSWER!!! I can't tell you the last time I talked to a scammer/telemarketer. Thanks Caller ID! I don't get upset anymore.

They called again.  I did not answer but did add it to my blocked calls list.  It will stop for awhile but eventually they will come out from their hideyhole with a new number and it starts all over again.
There is no recourse except not to answer or get a blocking device.  If I don't know the number I don't answer but look it up on 800callnotes.  For those who use CenturyLink you can block 25calls at a time.   A great service.

So, lets see which Florida non-compliant telemarketers are hiring the usually abusive, harassing, threatening, but most likely really stupid;

“L.I. (Lower Interest) Fronters“, AKA- live operator, or card service representative.
“L.I. qualifiers and closers” “L.I. Rooms, L.I. Reps”.  (Search in your area, they're hiding everywhere)

And they tend to disappear fast, so save screen shots now.
