How do they get my phone number? Who is giving them my phone number?

No one gives them your phone number. The scammers and illegal telemarketers use dialers to call people.  They can also get your info off the internet , google you name and number, places like spokeo will come up. Make sure you make them remove the info. Also make sure anything you have like facebook your personal info is not provided to the public.  Make sure anyplace you do do business with (like insurance company), you make sure you check the opt out box's so they do not share your info with their affiliates. Also make sure your on your phone company's internal DNC as well.
