Keep getting calls from 360-200-0828. Saying Irs filing law suit against me call 4 times a day even at night

Got an IRS call from this number 360 200 0828 stating that I was being sued my the IRS. They called me 3 times yesterday but I didn't return the call knowing that it was most likely a scam. If the IRS wants me, they know where I live and will send me a mailed notification.
