On do not call list but this person is still getting through. Cell rings twice did not recognizee the number I did not answer. Please block this number from my phone.

I wonder what kind of scam they're running when they don't even give you enough time to answer (assuming you would...)

Check you bank accounts. I got a call from them last week and just noticed an unknown "phone transfer" charge for $54 on the same day.
