This number called my cell phone.  They didn't leave a message.  I called from a land line and the message was Hi this is Julie, Thank you for calling us back.  You recently were on a 3rd party web site and we would like to give you a $100 rebate.... yada yada yada...  Funny, I do not give my cell number out to anyone or even have it on any social media sites.

Got a phone call from this no. & they hang up as most of the calls listed.
This probably the NSA apparatus pinging phone no.'s

Same with me!! One ring on cell phone and the show of missed call!
