Claim a law suit is filed against us by IRS.  Told to call this number.  Poor English used.  they have left two messages so far and had several calls from this number with no message left.

They have called with the Robo Call 4  times already today.  While I am not going use an airhorn  or whistle, I am going to tell them (if I get through as line has been busy) that I have reported them to the local NY Borough District Attorney's office.

Called and left a Robo message 2xs an hour apart from each other - same as the other people above - "the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me".  As a daughter of a retired/deceased IRS employee I know full well that they do not Robo call you, you get a letter that tells you to call them and set up an appointment.  I have NO intention of calling the number back either, that may possibly provide them additional information att ached to my phone number (SIP trunk info).  About a year ago I recieved the same call but from a different number and a real person with a heavy accent.  He was very threatening and actually told me the local police were on their way to my house to arrest me unless I cooperated.  I laughed and said I would appreciate the break in a jail cell to get some much needed R&R since I work full time and have two young boys - he promptly hung up. Damn, can't toy with a Robo call :-(

It's interesting that the number would call three times in one day but each time you don't even hear the full beginning of what they are trying to say. All I could hear at front of phone call was ". . . Trying to sue you..."  Odd for a legit call. Not answering!!

I received a call from (347) 349-4964 but did not answer. Let it go to voicemail, but most of the robo message was empty.
It only recorded the very end, which asked me to "please call 347-349-4964 immediately." Obviously a scam call. There are a few of these going around. If I don't recognize the number, I don't answer it.
