I didn't answer this time-but I've had every scenario(just about)listed here.  We DO need to file complaints.  I, also, am on the Federal Do Not Call List and if enough of us complain, they could be shut down.  So here's our chance to fight back!

This man called me today from that number and was so rude because i wanted to cancel my membership and wanted my money back.The woman i spoke to 15 minutes before was nice and said i would get my money back from Consumer Health Benefits [***].CHBA and he told me i would not get my money back and slammed the phone down on me.Srew him and their scam insurance company!!!!!

I get this # many times throught the day and night.  I have called back and it sounds like they press the redial button in my ear. so I have decided to be childish and do the same thing when the call. That or speak in Korean to them.
