This number calls and leaves no message. It appears on caller ID as 1-317-000-0000. When an attempt to call back is made all there is is a busy signal.

Low laughing then hello, hello. Then once agin low laughing.

caller called and when we anwsered they hung up. called number back and they hung up

they call once a day at different times. i don't owe any bills so i know its not a collection agency. they won't answer when i say hello and they don't leave a message when i don't answer. i can't call back because i get a recording saying the number isn't valid. so this morning when they called, i answered. they didn't say anything so i screamed..loudly...into the phone. hopefully this will stop them from calling :)

Called and asked to speak to our internal audit department.  I asked for a name and she gave me one.  Put her through to voicemail.  She called back with another name of someone who doesnt work here.  I think it's just a Sales call.
