We have been receiving calls, 2-3 per day, to our home phone from '317-000-0000' and when we pick it up we just hear a 'beep' - assuming a fax machine, but if we let it go to fax, nothing prints.

I didn't know there were phone numbers available with only an Area Code followed by all zeros? I let this one go into VM and naturally there was no message, so I'm still wondering...

i answered twice and was asked survey questions about my home city. the first time a woman with a foriegn accent was unwilling to provide sensible answers to my questions so i did not participate. the second caller was less abrasive so i answered three questions that did not seem worth asking, i will never answer for this # again

I answered the call from 317-000-0000. A recorded message said this is credit card service. This call is to lower you credit card interest rate. I was asked to press #6. Sounded like a call to scam credit card information. I didn't not listen to the whole message.

On caller ID, did not answer since weird number and no voice message.
