I played the game a bit to see what would happen. It's the same deal others have described -- they call, give you a ridiculously short, automated three question "political poll", tell you that you will get a free cruise as a reward, then transfer you to someone who does a ridiculously-over-the-top sales pitch about a cruise on "Carribean Cruise Lines."
In the end, you need to provide your credit card number to get the "free" offer. At best, they're using a pushy sales tactic to sell cut-rate cruises, and at worst they are running a scam to get credit card numbers. Stay away!
(FWIW, they claim to be representing http://www.politicalopinionsofamerica.org/ and/or http://www.caribbeancl.com/ They called me from 502-632-4314, but it was the same scam.)
