A voice mail based democratic commission poll with a chance to win a trip to the Bahamas after the survey is completed.

I recieved a call this morning from an automated questioner asking democratic polling questions and offering a free cruise trip from Carribean Cruise Lines.  I was then transferred to 1-888-599-2011 were I was solicited for $118 to be paid via credit card.  I am almost certain that it's a scam of some sort.

got a call - would not answer when I responded

Called and hung up when I got to the phone. A nusiance call

This number called my cell phone. They have called me before from another number but I blocked it with my provider. They always seem to know how to get around it. Stop calling me!
