I've gotten 2 calls from them now. The 1st time they left a message- Time Warner letting me know about a past due payment.

I called them back to find out what was wrong and wasn't allowed to talk to a person

They'll call for about 24 hours just to let you know you gotta pay em...it'll most likley be chimes and then a recording saying "there's been a change in your account."

Yea you gotta call on a different number they have you listed with all the numbers you gave them and dont put in your code or account number if you wanna talk to a representative.

YEAH ITS JUST TIME WARNER CABLE COMPANY CALLING TO SAY THAT THERES BEEN A CHANGE IN THE STATUS OF YOUR CABLE ACCOUNT BECAUSE THERE IS A PAST DUE BILL.
