I've gotten 2 calls from them now. The 1st time they left a message- Time Warner letting me know about a past due payment.

I called them back to find out what was wrong and wasn't allowed to talk to a person

It is Time Warner Cable calling you to tell you your service has been interrupted because you did not pay them.
