got the call. chose not to answer. checked the missed call. no msg. another poor soul tried to make a living.

The caller, Cell Phone CA ( displayed as ID on our phone). called us @15:09,02.02.2016. I returned the call hiding our number , a sharp lady message: " Sorry, the mail box is full..etc..."
According http:800notes.com., the caller used 310-428-8215 since 12.04.2015.
