GOt a call yesterday about this and being served papers. Left a vm to contact someone however the vm was dead air. Waited until 3pm and no one showed up.

CALLER ID 281-377-5921 GEORGE YOUNG (NO SUCH PERSON) LEFT A MESSAGE FOR WRONG PERSON. I TOLD THEM THEY KNEW THEY WERE CALLING THE WRONG NUMBER WHO EVER THEY WERE LOOKING FOR DID NOT LIVE HERE AND THEY KNEW IT PLEASE REMOVE MY NUMBER.  THE GUY APOLOGIZED AND SAID IT WAS REMOVED.....

this number has called me for the last 2 days telling me they are going to serve me with paperwork and how I have a docket number and he is going to serve me before noon today....

received a call from a Matt, saying my county name that he has a case number with it. and would be at my home address in 3 hours... well he had the wrong address and I called the county in which the court case was for... and They don't have anything under that number or my name. This is the 3rd time they've called and I'm going to file a complaint with Attorney General and FTC

I have received many phone calls from this number asking for a Katrina Francis. Telling me that they need her to "go in and sign important documents" Mind you my husband and I live in Corpus Christi and the call came from Houston.  I have argued many times with them on the phone letting them know my last name used to be Francis but I do not know a Katrina.  The man on the other line demanded my information and accused me of lying.  I was not about to give out any of my info and as a matter of fact I offered to call the police to my home to show them my ID.  He then became very submissive when I told him my Father is in fact an Attorney and I would more then happily press charges against them for harassment.
