Got 2 voicemails from 253 204 7575 saying they were the IRS and I had to call back before I got arrested. Its a scam.

This is a scam. I received this same call, & message. Took it to my county Sheriff's Office & they filed an FBI report. Hope they find and hang the [***]!!!
This story was in our local paper on Sunday 11/16. Gives a good bit of background on the scams.

Got a call from this number and he left a message saying he was from the IRS and my social security number was involved in a tax fraud. WHATEVER! STUPID SCAMMERS!

Same situation for me. Exact same message as in Jim's. Filed a complaint with the Treasury Inspector General (WWW.TIGTA.Gov)
