Why are we being subjected to this crap? If the Police or other govt. agencies received this call they would trace it in a new york minute!!!!! Yet the rest of us have to endure it and keep searching for answers on stupid sites like these....The NSA would know.....yet the general public is helpless.....WHY?

They used to call me every day around 5pm. I would ignore it every time. And now they don't anymore. Such a strange phone number and really creepy honestly.

Whoever it is at 23456, they will call daily.I answered once and it sounded like a person from India.I tried to report it to FCC but it doesn't have enough" digits " to agree with their computer program.I think that is the trick the short number of digits however they are doing it.

Keep receiving texts from 23456, message cannot be displayed. I can't block it nor stop it. It's late and I need my phone alarm for the morning, will be seriously p....d if keeps going all night!

This number keeps calling sometimes they call from a real number from all over the place ... they say they are from the united states government to give me a loan that i applied for ... i didnt apply for a loan nor do i want one... these people cant even speak english properly and ask for my marriage name witch no one nows ...
