Me too I want to know who's calling

keeps calling, no message

Person on the other end with a  foreign language saying one word over and over on my answer machine with a number
2-3456 on caller ID
Will no longer pick up phone if no name is on my caller ID that I know.

Why are we being subjected to this crap? If the Police or other govt. agencies received this call they would trace it in a new york minute!!!!! Yet the rest of us have to endure it and keep searching for answers on stupid sites like these....The NSA would know.....yet the general public is helpless.....WHY?

This +23456 number calls me every day.  On the rare occasions that I choose to accept the call (hoping to cuss them out) there is nothing but a beep, the there's a disconnect.
