Update, received 2 thick packets of mail from some company called:
EBIX, HEALTH ADMINISTRATION EXCHANGE  (in very faded letters, suggesting to me that it looks like a poor cut & paste job, in it was a Direct Debit Authorization with my computerized signature?
Allowing a debit of $165.00 monthly from my checking account.
There were also 22 pages of EXCLUSIONS OF BENEFITS,from a company called:
IHC HEALTH SOLUTIONS INDEPENDENCE HOLDING GROUP?
For Short Term Major Medical Insurance
In conjunction with
STANDARD SECURITY LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY OF NEW YORK ?
issued through Group Policy Holder: COMMUNICATING FOR AMERICA INC. ?
And another from MUTUAL OF OMAHA for $45.00 month.
Avoid like the Plague if you get a call from these slick sales crew.

I also got bounced around when i called for assistance and asked where my plastic medical cards were, "Oh we've gone GREEN" and don't send those out was the  reply from them, I said well I'll pay the 49 cents postage. It wouldn't have cost them that to include it in the 4 inch package they sent me.  I am really PO'd!
