Receiving several phone calls from "Joe" wanting to speak to someone in our warehouse.  He claims he is returning their phone call, which he is not!!  When we say he is not available, he hangs up.

Guy called using the name Mark assking to speak with the warehouse, when asked who he was he became vulgar to our receptionist.

A guy just called to talk to our plant manager. He said his name was Ed he was calling from Global & was returning a call. This however was a lie. When asked to leave a message he hung up.

"Joe" has been calling every few months for over 3 years!  Caller ID used to be UNITED INDUSTRIAL, and now it's GLOBAL DIRECT. I always tell him "you can leave a message for XXXX - he'll call you back if interested," and he hangs up. Joe, you're wasting my time, get a REAL job!!

THEY JUST CALLED ME AND THEN SENT SOMETHING IN. WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. IT WAS 2 CASES OF BRAKE CLEAN AND 2 CASES OF BASICALLY WD-40 CHARGED OVER 1000 BUCKS. WE WILL NOT BE PAYING. INVOICE SAYS CONTRACTOR SUPPLY. PHONE SAYS GLOBAL DIRECT.
