Received robot call regarding my computer. Represented themselves as being from Microsoft.

We just received a call from 214-536-2147. It was a robo call with a message that my computer is sending a lot of errors and I need to talk to a Microsoft Engineer. It said to press 1. I went ahead and pressed one and got someone with an overseas accent. I told him this was a business and to get rid of my phone number. He said ok and hung up on me. SPAM CALL---THIS WOULD NEVER HAPPEN!!!!

Message on Caller ID came up with this phone number:   214-563-2147.  Wireless CA

CID read "Wireless Caller". Message partial left "press 1 to speak to microsoft technicians."
