The recorded message said that my computer was generating serious messages to MicroSoft and I should press "1".  I did not follow their instructions.

rec'd a call.  Did not answer.  Caller did not leave message.  Said coming from Grand PR  TX.  rec'd calls like this in past and based on previous poster complaint same type of call is a scam

Received two calls and did not answer but caller left following message each time, "Press 1 to receive Microsoft certified engineers."

received the same call today 1/20/2016 ,I also hung up ,Scam

Still at it 2/17/16, is this just going to be a regular call for now on? I get these call almost every month.
