I received a call from Janice but the number was 214-380-2178. She had a landline and cell number. She also the my last 4 digits of my ssn and mentioned an affidavit against me in my county. She transferred me to a guy who told me his company bought my debt. He said the company tried to use me but due to the statute of limitations, they couldn't do it. I explained that I don't owe credit card bills...nor do I have credit cards. He must have the wrong person. The next time the buy someone's debt, make sure they have all the info correct. I told him to stop calling me and take me to court. I'm not paying a bill that I don't owe.

they called me and said that i owed some money and that if i didn't pay they were going to send me to court.... i called them back and they were like you need to pay $1025 and if you don't pay that by check...I don't need to call them back....
they had my last 4 digit of my social security number and also had the last 4 digits of the card they said I used....

Just got a call from these people and said I had a judgment against me and she said the last 4 of my ss# but they have one number wrong idiots. Scam alert! !!

Got 2 calls, one from 469-453-8469 & 214-380-2178 and 'Janice' left messages that I was named in an affidavit lawsuit, had SS#, aggressive in telling me I better respond or else!  LOLOLOL, blocked their phone numbers and on the Texas Attorney Generals Office of Texas website filling out a complaint now.  I've gotten some strange calls from Bill Collectors before but this one is the most original.  2 Stars!
