I received a call from Janice but the number was 214-380-2178. She had a landline and cell number. She also the my last 4 digits of my ssn and mentioned an affidavit against me in my county. She transferred me to a guy who told me his company bought my debt. He said the company tried to use me but due to the statute of limitations, they couldn't do it. I explained that I don't owe credit card bills...nor do I have credit cards. He must have the wrong person. The next time the buy someone's debt, make sure they have all the info correct. I told him to stop calling me and take me to court. I'm not paying a bill that I don't owe.
