They ask for a Chris saying the same thing about  important pages that need to be sign. First no Chris lives here they left a massage for him.

Tried saying they where from treasury and would not take my number off the list anf hung up on me

For me it was First Premier bank about a past due payment. The number is fake, but at least for me ,it was a legitimate call. I wouldn't give info to them, but called back their cust service number. I asked why they use fake number, didn't get a response.

Got call from this number claiming to be Melody from some process server about court papers going to be served on me from a place I lived at formerly in PA.  Had same call from this "Melody" last week from a different number 716-748-9206, and this weeks call was a follow up from last week.

The 1st call she gave me a phone number 844-816-4679 which I called and they said they were "Creekside .Recovery" and that the "court papers" were about a supposed debt.  Tried to get me to pay to stop papers, reduce amount.  Wanted bank account and credit card info. told them no.  reported to FTC and getting ready to file complain again.

Received a call from these people 3 days in a row. Caller ID showing "Unknown". I Googled the number and see that it is to a restaurant in LA so I did not answer, because it is obviously a spoofed number. However today they got on my last nerve by calling back to back 4 times straight. I picked up the phone and yelled into the receiver asking them what in the H*ll did they want? A guy that spoke broken English said they were coming to my home to serve me some papers on a court matter, and that I could stop it and save money if I paid the fine now. I asked him to give me the Docket Number of the Case and that just blew his mind. He then said I should already have it. I told him I couldn't already have it if I have not been served yet. Bam - blew his mind again. He rambled on which made no sense at all, so I told him to bring the papers, that I would be sitting out on the Front porch waiting on him, and so that he did not go to the wrong address, my home was the one with the Police Cruiser sitting in the driveway. He hung up really quick after I said that!
