Yes, it's a scam!! Someone called me stating the same thing.. You or your attorney have 24hrs to call me back. A women by the name of Mrs. Houston called me, saying I have a payday with was deposited into an account of mine in August 2011. According my back that account was closed in May 2011... So, you be the judge!! Oh, they must identify themselves when speaking with you, plus advise you they are a debt collector and any information will be use... Didn't happen

They said the same to me except the day they said they deposited was Aug. of 2012, I told them that the DA office is investigating them and they hung up

Same as above. But scary they had ALL my information.  Justin Debroski was the name. Then I call back and the lady wont give a location or debt company.... super nasty and rude though.

Same with me.. and very nasty and rude..I came out and asked the woman if this was a debt collector and she slamed the phone down in my ear !  I'm not wasting my time ...screw em .
