Yes, definitely a scam.  When I started asking questions (Nicely, I might add -- things like "who is your company") they said "You're going to jail [***]" and hung up.

I think it is a scam.  They have called me everyday this week saying I had 24 hours for me or my attorney to call back.  It is well past 24 hours

Justin Debrosky Petrial Intervention has called me 2 times in four days saying a case has been submitted against me. Me or my attorney need to call him today if he does not hear from us my case will be submitted.

Yeah, I THINK it is a scam. They  keep  calling  and saying if I do not  call  back,  they   will proceed with a  case  against  me. They  don't say what the case is, they  do  not. mention what court it is in,  and  the  call  is. coming from a number in San Antonio. I looked up pre-trial intervention  online. It  is a real program for  first time offenders in minor criminal trials like vandalism  or something. I've never been to San Antonio, and my only problems are debt-related, which  is a civil matter, not a criminal one. So, although I have not actually talked to this guy, I'm prett
