I live in Texas and got this call.  He identified himself as Jack Johnson and I was extremely polite to him. I informed him twice I had never heard of the company, Cash700, that he claims I received my loan from.  I asked was it under a different name.  He said it could be under many different loan names. he said I should either pay now, or call a lawyer and go to court. I asked him for his address.  He said, "its your local sherriff's office. I asked him again for the address and he said, "i'll tell you what, we'll get the cops to knock on your door!".  Next I decided to call my sherriff's office. They immediately verified their address when asked and also told me they would NEVER call and make a threat to arrest me.  They called the whole thing a scam.  They informed me I was welcome to file a police report.

Received a call on my cell phone fron a sgnt. tilles that said he was from the attorney generals office and I was going to be arrested but he said he didn't have any information on who was doing this. He said it was for non payment of a debt and I had tyo send money within the hour to stop the warrant. SCAM.

I received a threating phone call from 210-401-0502 and left me a message on my voicemail saying I would be arrested by the cops!

got a call from this number saying they had arrest warant for me said it was over a payday loan that i had gotten back in 2012 funny thing is i didnt get any loan back in 2012 or have the bank acc that they said it went to then they said they was going to fax over the arrest warant to my local cops and that they would be here to get my and also thing is to the address they gave me was from where i use to live which i have not lived at in about three years

I received a phone call from this number as well.  The guy with the accent stated I had a warrant and that I needed to pay $571 within the hour or I would be arrested.  I probed the man after multiple phone calls with questions about this so called warrant and he got so frustrated he asked me not to call him anymore and hung up on me. I kept calling back and he did it over and over.  He asked me to get a green dot money pak card and said that was the only way I could pay.  Red Flag!!  I believe this guy is buys info on people who have ever received a check advance or title loan because when I asked did he get my info that way he hung up without replying.  Please beware and don't give this guy a dime!!!
