It's time to update the National Do Not Call Registry and get tougher with Frauds.

Supposedly free Senior Alert Sys per recorded message.  Endorsed by Non Profits Heart Assoc etc.
Caller ID showed out of area, but online searches shows location right here in Boise and Star, ID

just called, hung up, no messsage on my answering machine

This number called me and left a 10 second message on my voicemail saying I was going to be arrested.  I called the number back and the person that answered didn't identify the company nor would she tell me the name of the company.  she stated that I took out a loan 15 YEARS ago and I did not pay it.  Not only did I NOT take out a loan with the bank she identified, she refused to send me documentation regarding this debt. she stated that I could make payment arrangements or they would issue two arrest warrants for me and they would fine me $1500.00 if they take it to court.  I hung up and called my local police department and was told this is a scam.  What happened to the "DO NOT CALL LIST???? I found out the name of the company by doing a reverse phone look up.
