Didn't answer it came up unknown name. I don't answer calls that has unknown name or private caller unless I know the number. They left no message so I took it to be a scam call.

What the heck was the point of the National Do Not Call registry? I get phone calls from scams
ALL THE TIME. That's a government run program for ya. Useless.
