just got a call from a guy "Frank", asking to talk to Ms____ (my name), saying that my Windows 7 operating system has been hacked and he needed to "fix" it...Very noisy in the background....Smelling a rat I told him nobody by that name lived here...Wanted to know my name and if my computer was "on"  Told him NO.....Told him I had a bad connection and I would call him.
Gave me a phone# 40-1-866-999-1487 from Salt Lake City....Called back and can't connect with this number...My caller ID shown 1-206-397-1126

Be careful out there..................

Same as all above.  Exception was that when I asked him where he was, he kept trying to say "Delaware" and gave me a zip code that was East Coast.  Funny, last time I checked, 206 was a Washington area code.  I just kept repeating "where?" and he was getting F-R-U-S-T-R-A-T-E-D!!!  LOL!  A woman had called an hour earlier from the same number, so I had looked it up and read all of these posts. It gave me the advantage when the second call came in.  When I told him he was in violation of the Oregon do-not-call law, he said "I will not be violating any laws tonight. Have a good night.  Goodbye."  Idjits.

I just received a call that left a voicemail asking for me or my lawyer to call him back immediately and if he does not here from me, he is sorry for what will happen to me, have a blessed day.

The man had an India accent. I just felt threatened and I have no idea why he was calling. Immediately after that call 425 406-9010 called me and left no message.

Who are these people?
