Just got a call from guy with a very heavy accent.  Said the government wanted to give me a grant and he needed my checking account info.  I told him that if the government wanted to give me money they aren't going to call me.  He hung up on me then.  I guess he realized I wasn't going to fall for his scam.

Got calls from both numbers mentioned in this thread. No caller ID therefore do not answer. No VM.

Got a call from 203-112-3336. Cheerful guy with accent that seemed Australian. He said he was from the government and I was randomly selected for a grant of $8000. I told him that was total BS and hung up on him.

Called my office number, while at work.  (A minute or two ago)

Instantly looked up the number while phone was still ringing.  I did not bother to answer after reading everything from here.

Multiple calls several times a day.  They ask for a person by first name.  When told they have wrong Number.  They advise that Me being the phone number is is subject to money owed.  Highly accented.  Possible Indian

I have a block app on my phone.  When I get a blocked number the call goes straight to voice mail.  This number (203-112-3336) has called me a couple of times, straight to voice mail.  They always hang up.
