if you paid your bills you wouldent get those calls now i know your a dead beat

Ben Smokin is a JERK.  I've been told these people are scammers - IRG & Associates.  Claiming to be suing you or someone you know - I along with others have filed formal complaints with the FCC for this company.  They are trying to get personal and financial info.  I have asked them not to call me, but they think I know some Douglas guy who they claim to be taking to court...

these people are fraudulant.  they claim to be law offices and are in fack collection agencies. they take money out of your bank acct. then claim they never got paid. they continue to pull money out of your acct. until it gets closed for non-suff. fund. then they call you and harrass your at home and at work. so until you know what you're talking about, you should not say anything.

FALSE.  I have worked for a debt collection agency doing paperwork for attorneys.  The law on debt collection says it must start with a written notice including the amount and whom to contact for payment.  If you get a call like this, report the phone number to the police.

That would be "you're" a dead-beat
