Whatever happened to the "do not call " list? I sure would like to know if the Government ever fined  any of the violators?
If so where does the money go to? I think the fines collected could greatly reduce the country's deficit.
Most people have caller I.D. now days and don't pick up unidentified calls, why on earth do those people bother to make the calls anyway?

I am on do not call list and this keeps calling on my cell phone and leaves no message. How do I get it to stop

I had a call from a Food Bank in NY after 9 p.m. the other night. I think it is illegal and unlawful for solicitors to call after 9 p.m.

their not solicitors! their collection agencys. put phone down and tye up their phone.
