I just got the very same call in the state of Virginia.  It hung up the same way and I went to the website

and it was just as you stated by Alan Freidman Co-Chairman MGF & Funding Sponsor.

When everyone is in need of funds at this time, with the economy the way it is, what a shame this has to happen.
