Scam: Caller ID was "private", but this number 202-241-0238 was given as callback number if voice mail message saying our "site" was the subject of a law suit. The message was "live" not automated and in heavily accented English.

This number keeps calling me. I have blocked it and am on the "Do Not Call list." how can I get them to stop. they say if I don't cooperate I will be arrested by the local authorities.

Same thing here called and left me a VM said they were with IRS and if I did not call back the police would be to my home and arrest me I laughed. I went ahead and called number back and a man answered as IRS detective James something I told him sure he was and not to call my# again or he would see me in court and it will be me suing them.
