I have gotten both types of calls from here.  The text to speech IRS (does NOT say Internal Revenue Service) call about litigation or lawsuit, which no agency would leave a voice message regarding.  And sometimes just no message left when called.  Guess it depends upon their system set up.  I tried answering once and it was nothing on other end as I guess I didn't answer it quickly enough.  No concerns about not talking to a real person for sure.......
