Got a message from this number saying the IRS is going to sue us.  This is
Fake.

I received a message today from 202 239 5054 on January 21st 2015 wednesday.that the irs was filing a law suit against me.for what? I said to myself lol.i dont owe them a dime.and if ya did they wouldn't call you .Be careful alot of scams out there trying to get your money and or your credit card information.

I got a message saying the IRS was trying to sue me. it was a recorded message.  That they had been trying to reach me. That was news to me.  I assume its a scam and if the IRS is trying to see me they will send me a notice via certified mail. They didn't address me by name in the message either.

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
