IRS Site warns of this scam

Stated they has a warrant for my arrest for not paying taxes. Heavy ascent. Called back from word, and I gave them the run around, they hung up.

Guy called at 3:43AM! I told him to call back when people are usually awake. He then tells me that "the situation is critical" I asked what the situation was and he couldn't answer, he just hung up. Goolged his number and saw this page. If he does call back again I will give him a piece of my mind!

Caller has a very strong Indian accent.  He states he is a Law Enforcement Officer with the Crime Investigation Department.  He stated that a Federal arrest warrant has been isssued against me and my physical address.  He told me, in a very stern Indian accent  that was difficult to understand, to call him back before he proceeds with the arrest and further legal action.   I'm sure they want me to call and send money to prevent my arrest or something.  

I also got a call from this person; he is looking for my son. He stated he was an investigator for the IRS and that this was a serious legal matter.  He has a heavy accent;  you cannot understand him.  He even called back saying he did not get the return phone call.  I will call back and tell them I have traced their number and reported them to the IRS and FBI fraud unit.  I called back and got a digital statement saying that the users mailbox cannot accept any more messages.
