That is the same call back number he gave me!  He said his name was Sam.  The # on my caller I.D. was the same as yours.  I just acted like I didn't understand what he was asking me and I kept repeating what he asked me......very very slow!  He got frustrated with me and hung up, ha ha!!  I knew it was a scam.  I would never ever give anyone any information about myself or my computer when they are the ones that are calling me.  I ended up calling Best Buys Geek Squad to double check my computer since it was running slow anyway and I have the $99.00 deal for a year where they help you with any computer problems.  You can have a total of 3 computers on this deal.

I couldn't understand the Guy on the line. He was asking about our computer. And posing as Microsoft employee. Saying something about their servers. I didn't trust it

12/03/2012 Got a call from 202-202-1234 at 8:11 pm this evening. I did NOT answer. Pretty coincidental that it's associated with "Microsoft" considering that I've had the FREE cleaning tool downloaded from Microsoft on my computer for about six months. A worthless piece of nothing in my opinion, so I removed it (the program) from my computer this morning, now I read the posts on here referencing Microsoft. My guess would be that Microsoft somehow has a hand in these telephone calls? I wouldn't trust any major corporation including Microsoft, because they're always about the money and there's a lot of extra income from their home computer security.
