Just received a call from this number. I don't answer numbers that's not familiar. Been reading some of these complaints about how they're harassing calls so I just shut my phone off. Don't want to deal with it!

They can't be stopped. YOu can protect yourself to a degree with a call blocker. Also do NOT pick up on call numbers you do not recognize. Consider blocking the entire are code 202. Scammers love to use that area code when they spoof.
