When I answered the man on the other end made moaning sounds then hung up. I could hear a call center in the background.

I just received a call from them the lady said her name was Kelly Johnson and she is with the US Treasury stating that I had a 7,000 dollar grant in my name waiting to be picked up that I don't have to pay back. First they called me from 202-000-0576. Then asked for me to call 253-843-6560 when I was at the money gram place to receive my money.
