Medco deals with insurance companies like Aetna..for long term drug administration

Two days ago, I asked them to put me on their "do not call" list and they said they had.  Today I got another call.  AAAARRRGGGHHH

I received a call from this # tonight, but didn't answer.  Caller ID shows Wyckoff NJ.  A few hours earlier a call came in showing Medco Pharmacy  1-772-335-4498.  Look up that number on this site, and you'll find much information.  The calls all lead back to Medco.  Yes, it's a mail order pharmacy, and they get your phone number from your health insurance carrier.  So, they can beat the 'do not call' complaint by saying your insurance carrier asked them to contact you to get you to order your meds through them.  Leave it to the slimes to always find a hole in the law that they can wiggle through.....

i emailed memberservices@medco.com and requested they remove my number from their list and they wrote back, apologized and said they removed it. good luck!

Medco does a subtle form of telemarketing they use there automatic system to call people from a list of numbers they have and use a fake name they are calling to get company  name recognition out there.

When you get these calls you will find the name changes every time.

if the name does not change its someone that does business with medco that got tired of medco calling and gave them a bad number(yours)so they would not be getting these calls.

i only caught on because my answering machine also records the first part of call after i pick up and i went back and found the name they were calling changed for every call
